- Establish responsible AI governance standards covering transparency, explainability, cybersecurity resilience, and ethical technology deployment.

Digital Payments & Financial Innovation
- Lead the development of advanced digital payment networks, real-time settlement infrastructures, mobile financial platforms, digital wallets, and cross-border transaction ecosystems.
- Identify emerging opportunities in embedded finance, open banking, tokenized financial services, and intelligent financial automation.
Professional Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 15+ years of senior leadership experience in fintech innovation, financial technology transformation, enterprise technology strategy, or advanced digital banking environments.
