Role Overview

This executive role seeks a global leader with deep expertise in designing seamless, secure, and interoperable payment ecosystems for both domestic and international commerce.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute UAE’s strategic vision for real-time payments and digital commerce infrastructure.

Lead projects on CBDC integration, blockchain-based settlement, and ISO 20022 adoption.

Strengthen fraud prevention, digital identity, and cybersecurity measures across payment systems.

Forge alliances with regulators, banks, fintech innovators, and international payment networks.

Promote interoperability and scalability across GCC and global ecosystems.

Represent UAE’s leadership in global fintech and payments forums.
Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Technology, or Business Strategy.

15+ years of global leadership in digital payments, clearing systems, or fintech strategy.

Proven record of building scalable, cross-border settlement platforms.

Expertise in mobile commerce, tokenization, and e-wallet ecosystems.

Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank and DIFC regulatory structures.
