Position Overview

Qatar is strengthening its global financial presence by positioning itself as a thought leader in fintech governance, digital asset risk intelligence, and systemic financial oversight. The Global Head will design and deploy AI-powered governance systems and RegTech innovations, establishing frameworks that anticipate risks, enhance transparency, and align with multilateral global financial standards.

This is a high-impact role for a leader who can translate regulatory sophistication, technical foresight, and international policy engagement into actionable governance systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead design of AI-driven systemic risk intelligence platforms for digital finance.

• Establish global regulatory alignment protocols for digital assets and cross-border payments.

• Represent Qatar in multilateral fintech policy councils (IMF, BIS, FATF).

• Develop compliance intelligence sandboxes for RegTech startups and institutional collaboration.

• Ensure Qatar becomes a global model for financial resilience and digital governance innovation.

Candidate Profile

• 15–20 years in international regulation, systemic risk management, or fintech governance leadership.

• Deep technical fluency in AI compliance systems, digital asset policy, and distributed ledger governance.

• Recognized authority in international financial diplomacy and policy standardization.

• Exceptional ability to balance innovation with systemic safety and cross-border trust.
