Role Mission
This role leads fintech platforms from a portfolio and ecosystem perspective, overseeing how multiple digital financial products align into a coherent, scalable, and globally relevant platform strategy. The Global Head of Fintech Product Portfolio & Digital Platform Strategy is responsible for long-term vision rather than short-term delivery.
The position is fully remote, with strategic alignment to Bahrain’s role as an internationally connected fintech hub.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define and govern a multi-product fintech portfolio, ensuring coherence across platforms and services.

Establish long-term platform strategy that balances innovation, scalability, and operational feasibility.

Translate market intelligence into structured product roadmaps and investment priorities.

Ensure alignment between product vision, technical architecture, and financial governance.

Define metrics that measure portfolio performance, platform leverage, and long-term value creation.

Guide senior stakeholders through strategic trade-offs across markets, products, and timelines.
Product & Platform Expertise

Extensive experience in fintech product leadership or platform strategy.

Strong understanding of how regulated financial products are designed, launched, and scaled.

Ability to communicate vision clearly across executive, technical, and market-facing audiences.

Comfort operating in ambiguous, multi-market environments.
