Role Overview
A global fintech platform providing enterprise digital banking solutions and payment services is seeking a Head of Fintech Operations & Digital Banking Support. The role focuses on overseeing operational teams, ensuring seamless deployment of digital financial services, and maintaining exceptional client experience across GCC and international markets.
The successful candidate will manage remote operational teams, monitor system performance, ensure compliance, and enhance the overall user experience for enterprise clients and individual users.
Responsibilities
Operations Leadership

Lead remote teams delivering digital financial services to global clients

Define operational processes, KPIs, and service standards

Oversee day-to-day operations of fintech platform support
Client Experience Management

Ensure high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues

Support onboarding and training for enterprise clients

Analyze client feedback to continuously improve services
Platform Performance & Optimization
-
Monitor system performance, uptime, and transaction success rates
-
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize fintech systems

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Regulatory & Risk Management

Ensure operational compliance with international and GCC financial regulations

Monitor operational risks and coordinate mitigation strategies

Collaborate with risk and compliance teams on reporting and audits
Reporting & Analytics

Generate operational and performance reports for leadership

Track service delivery KPIs and user experience metrics
-
Provide strategic recommendations for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Financial Technology
-
7+ years experience in fintech operations, digital banking support, or client services management
-
Proven experience managing remote operational teams
-
Strong knowledge of digital payment systems and banking platforms
Preferred Skills

Experience with enterprise fintech platforms and SaaS solutions

Familiarity with GCC financial regulations

Strong data-driven decision-making and process optimization capabilities
