A world-class fintech enterprise is seeking an accomplished Global Head of Fintech ESG, Sustainability & Impact Finance to lead enterprise-wide sustainability strategy, environmental and social governance initiatives, responsible financial innovation, and long-term value creation across international operations.

This executive leadership position will shape the organization’s sustainability vision while integrating ESG principles into digital financial products, investment strategies, operational governance, and corporate decision-making.

Strategic Responsibilities

ESG Leadership

• Develop enterprise sustainability strategies.
• Establish ESG governance frameworks.
• Integrate responsible finance principles into business operations.
• Design enterprise sustainability reporting standards.

Corporate Strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership in sustainability, corporate strategy, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable finance principles.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and executive leadership skills.
