An international fintech innovator is recruiting a highly accomplished Global Head of Fintech Data Engineering & AI Operations to architect intelligent data ecosystems powering digital banking, payments, lending, wealth technology, and financial analytics.
This leadership role combines enterprise engineering, AI innovation, cloud architecture, and advanced analytics to create highly scalable financial intelligence platforms serving regional and global markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Strategy
- Design enterprise data architecture.
- Develop scalable financial data platforms.

Engineering Leadership

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong background in cloud computing and enterprise architecture.
- Experience leading large-scale fintech platforms.
- Outstanding analytical and leadership skills.
