Strategic Mandate & Operating Context
This role is intended for a fintech leader with deep expertise in digital credit platforms, intelligent lending systems, and data-driven underwriting architecture. The mandate is to design lending infrastructures that combine precision risk assessment, operational efficiency, and scalable credit delivery across diverse customer and market segments.
Operating remotely, the Global Head will shape the strategic and technical foundations of next-generation fintech lending platforms aligned with Kuwait’s evolving digital finance ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities & Strategic Scope

Architect end-to-end digital lending platforms, from origination and underwriting to servicing and lifecycle management.

Design intelligent credit decision systems leveraging advanced analytics and data models.

Define risk segmentation, pricing logic, and portfolio performance frameworks.

Oversee integration with payments, collections, and external data ecosystems.

Establish governance standards for credit risk transparency and operational resilience.

Collaborate with data science, engineering, and risk leaders to scale lending capabilities.

Act as strategic authority on fintech credit platform evolution and performance optimisation.
Professional Profile & Expertise
-
12+ years in fintech lending, credit platforms, or digital risk systems.

Strong understanding of credit lifecycle management and data-driven decisioning.

Proven leadership in building scalable, multi-market lending platforms.

Excellent analytical, strategic, and executive communication skills.

Experience within GCC or comparable international markets is highly desirable.
Compensation Structure (Kuwait Benchmark)

Base Monthly Salary: KWD 12,500 – KWD 17,500

Annual Credit Performance Bonus: 30% – 45% of base salary
