Role Overview

This role exists to industrialize financial operations through intelligence, automation, and control-theory-driven system design. The Global Head will build platforms that convert raw operational signals into actionable intelligence, enabling fintech operations to shift from manual oversight to predictive and autonomous control.

The scope includes transaction operations, liquidity movement, exception management, performance optimization, and operational risk containment, all executed through intelligent, continuously learning systems.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Design financial operations intelligence platforms spanning transaction monitoring, liquidity flows, exception handling, and operational KPIs

• Architect autonomous control loops that dynamically rebalance liquidity, throttle risk exposure, and optimize operational throughput

• Establish real-time operational visibility frameworks for executive-level oversight and decision confidence

• Define control standards, escalation logic, and intervention thresholds for autonomous financial operations

• Integrate predictive analytics to anticipate operational stress, failure points, and efficiency degradation

• Advise senior leadership on operational scalability, cost efficiency, and systemic resilience strategies

Required Expertise

• 12+ years in fintech operations, financial systems intelligence, or large-scale operational platforms

• Strong understanding of financial operations lifecycles and transaction-driven workflows

• Experience with real-time data systems, observability frameworks, and operational analytics

• Ability to design systems that balance automation, transparency, and control

Candidate Profile

• Strategic operator with a deep appreciation for financial systems behavior under stress

• Proven leader of remote, multi-disciplinary operational and technical teams

• Strong communicator capable of aligning operational intelligence with executive objectives

Engagement & Compensation

• Fully remote role aligned with Dubai’s fintech ecosystem

• Monthly compensation: AED 95,000 – 140,000

• Long-term leadership position with enterprise-wide operational intelligence authority
