Position Overview
The Global Head of Financial Intelligence Systems & Open Finance Innovation will lead the design and global orchestration of Saudi Arabia’s future financial data infrastructure — a unified digital ecosystem where open APIs, AI-based analytics, and embedded finance models converge to redefine transactional intelligence across borders.
Operating at the forefront of global fintech transformation, this position requires exceptional vision and technical command to engineer the next generation of open finance architectures, integrating artificial intelligence, blockchain interoperability, and predictive financial analytics.
Core Responsibilities

Architect and deploy a national open finance data exchange platform that enables secure, API-driven financial data interoperability.

Oversee development of AI-based financial intelligence systems for credit modeling, fraud analytics, and behavioral finance mapping.

Design cross-border financial data corridors aligned with ISO 20022, BIS standards, and emerging global open banking frameworks.

Champion the creation of regulatory-grade financial data models that promote transparency, consumer control, and institutional trust.

Integrate machine learning pipelines to deliver real-time decision intelligence for digital banking, lending, and payments ecosystems.

Lead cross-sector alignment between financial regulators, digital banks, and fintech startups to accelerate interoperability maturity.

Candidate Profile

Master’s or Ph.D. in Financial Technology, Computational Economics, or Data Systems Engineering.

12+ years in open banking, AI-driven financial systems, or cross-border fintech infrastructure design.

Strong experience with data architecture, regulatory compliance systems, and predictive analytics in finance.

Proven leadership in multi-jurisdictional fintech strategy and policy implementation.
