• Integrate alternative digital assets and tokenized investment products into coherent, compliant platform architectures.

• Establish governance for AI-driven investment decision systems, ensuring transparency, explainability, and model integrity.

• Drive platform personalization through advanced data analytics and behavioral finance insights.

• Act as a remote strategic authority on global wealth-tech trends, platform evolution, and capital-market digitization.

Technical & Financial Expertise

• Strong foundation in portfolio theory, quantitative finance, and algorithmic investment strategies.

• Experience deploying AI and machine learning models within regulated financial environments.

• Deep understanding of wealth-tech architecture, data pipelines, and secure digital client interfaces.

• Familiarity with global investment regulations and cross-border wealth structures.

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years in fintech, wealth-tech, or investment technology leadership.

• Proven experience leading distributed, senior-level teams or mandates.

• International exposure across multiple financial markets.
