A forward-looking fintech transformation initiative connected to the financial modernization vision of Oman is seeking a Global Head of Digital Wealth Platforms.

This role blends product leadership, AI-driven advisory systems, and wealth management innovation, targeting the creation of next-generation digital investment platforms.

Vision Statement

To design and scale a fully digital, AI-powered wealth management ecosystem that democratizes access to:

• Portfolio management

• Robo-advisory services

• Alternative investments

• Personalized financial planning

Key Areas of Ownership

1. Digital Wealth Platform Architecture

• Design end-to-end wealth platforms integrating onboarding, portfolio construction, and reporting.

• Build modular investment engines supporting ETFs, equities, bonds, and digital assets.

2. AI-Driven Advisory Systems

• Develop robo-advisors using machine learning models for portfolio optimization.

• Implement personalization engines based on user behavior, risk appetite, and financial goals.

3. Investment Product Innovation

• Create structured products and alternative investment offerings.

• Enable fractional investing and tokenized asset exposure.

4. Client Experience & UX Strategy

• Design intuitive user journeys for retail and HNW clients.

• Integrate conversational AI and digital advisory interfaces.

Candidate Profile

Domain Expertise

• Strong background in wealth management, asset management, or private banking.

• Experience in digital wealth platforms or robo-advisory systems.

Technical Understanding

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance.

• Understanding of portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk management.

Leadership & Strategy

• Ability to define product vision and execute at scale.

• Experience leading cross-functional global teams.

Work Structure

• Fully remote with global collaboration.

• Strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership.
