- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
Innovation & Performance
- Oversee enterprise transformation portfolios.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies.
- Champion AI-powered financial automation initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency through digital optimization.
- Monitor enterprise transformation KPIs and business outcomes.
Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across finance, technology, analytics, and operations.
- Present transformation strategies to executive boards.
- Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Mentor future organizational leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fintech, digital banking, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
