Global Head of Digital Finance & Blockchain Architecture – Saudi Arabia

Salary Structure: SAR 75,000 – 110,000 per month + Annual Performance Bonus (20–40%) + Long-Term Incentive Plan (Equity/Profit-Sharing)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Global Head of Digital Finance & Blockchain Architecture to lead the strategy, design, and operational execution of next-generation digital banking, AI-driven financial intelligence, and blockchain-based platforms. This senior executive role is fully remote but Saudi Arabia-based and requires a visionary leader capable of driving large-scale fintech transformation with an international perspective.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee the design, deployment, and continuous optimization of enterprise-scale digital banking, blockchain networks, and AI-driven financial intelligence systems.

Define long-term technology vision and roadmap, integrating emerging trends such as decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenized assets, programmable money, and predictive analytics.

Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks for cybersecurity, operational risk, and regulatory compliance aligned with SAMA and international standards.

Lead, mentor, and manage distributed cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product managers, and data scientists.

Collaborate with executive leadership, regulatory bodies, and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals, compliance requirements, and market opportunities.

Conduct risk analysis, system audits, penetration testing, and performance benchmarking across critical fintech systems.

Represent the organization at global fintech forums, whitepapers, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Expertise & Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Blockchain, or related discipline.

12–18 years of senior-level experience in digital banking, blockchain integration, or enterprise fintech architecture.

Expertise in cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed ledger technologies (Hyperledger, Ethereum, Solana), AI/ML analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar fintech initiatives and large-scale digital transformations.

Deep understanding of GCC financial regulations, SAMA compliance, and international fintech standards.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: SAR 75,000 – 110,000 per month
