Position Summary
Bahrain’s rapidly expanding fintech environment demands robust digital asset frameworks underpinned by next-generation security standards. The Global Head of Digital Asset Security Architecture & Tokenization Infrastructure will lead the design and implementation of secure, compliant, and interoperable tokenization systems for institutional and retail financial environments.
Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end tokenization infrastructures for multi-asset digital platforms, including securities, commodities, and real estate.

Design multi-layered cybersecurity protocols leveraging AI, encryption, and distributed ledger resilience to protect digital asset ecosystems.

Oversee the architecture of digital custody solutions, ensuring secure, auditable, and regulator-approved asset storage mechanisms.

Create cross-chain interoperability standards enabling frictionless transfer and settlement across blockchain ecosystems.

Drive the development of regulatory-compliant asset issuance and trading frameworks in coordination with local and international policy bodies.
Core Competencies

10–15 years in digital asset technology, cybersecurity architecture, or blockchain system design.

Deep expertise in digital custody infrastructure, token issuance protocols, and data encryption methodologies.

In-depth understanding of GCC digital asset regulations and international digital securities standards.

Advanced degree in Cryptography, Financial Systems Engineering, or Blockchain Security.
