Role Overview

The role requires both strategic foresight and deep technical expertise to balance innovation with governance, ensuring Bahrain continues to be a trusted regional hub for WealthTech innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect digital asset governance frameworks to align with global securities and investor protection standards.

• Oversee WealthTech platforms, integrating robo-advisory, AI-driven portfolio optimization, and algorithmic trading.

• Lead the design of blockchain custody solutions and tokenized securities issuance ecosystems.

• Influence regulatory dialogues to ensure progressive, internationally harmonized fintech policies.

• Establish partnerships with global fintech players, asset managers, and investment institutions.

• Develop digital financial education and innovation centers to build Bahrain’s human capital.

Qualifications & Expertise

• 15+ years in senior roles across wealth management, digital assets, or fintech innovation.

• Deep expertise in tokenized assets, robo-advisory ecosystems, and blockchain-enabled capital markets.

• Advanced degrees in Finance, Economics, or Digital Innovation; CFA or CAIA preferred.

• Recognized thought leader in WealthTech transformation and international fintech governance.
