Role Overview
This position represents a senior strategic leadership function focused on crypto-asset market structure, institutional participation, and token-based financial systems. The Global Head will operate as both market architect and economic strategist, shaping how digital assets integrate into sophisticated capital markets and cross-border financial ecosystems.
The role is intentionally multidisciplinary, blending financial engineering, market microstructure, behavioral economics, and digital asset governance.
Key Accountabilities

Design and evaluate token economic models, including issuance dynamics, incentive structures, liquidity mechanisms, and long-term sustainability.

Analyze global crypto market behavior across spot, derivatives, structured products, and synthetic digital instruments.

Develop frameworks for institutional onboarding, including custody models, risk controls, and operational readiness standards.

Lead strategic research on market integrity, volatility dynamics, price discovery, and systemic risk in crypto ecosystems.

Engage with global stakeholders—technologists, economists, legal experts—to align digital asset strategies with evolving international norms.
Expertise & Experience

Advanced background in financial markets, investment strategy, or quantitative finance, with a strong crypto specialization.

Demonstrated leadership in token design, crypto trading infrastructure, or institutional digital asset platforms.

Strong command of on-chain analytics, liquidity modeling, and incentive alignment mechanisms.
