Role Overview
The Global Head of Cross-Border Fintech Solutions & Trade Finance Digitization will lead the transformation of Qatar’s financial ecosystem by embedding cutting-edge fintech solutions into international trade and commerce flows. This role combines expertise in digital trade finance, blockchain-enabled settlements, and cross-border regulatory navigation.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and operationalize digital trade finance platforms leveraging blockchain, tokenization, and smart contracts.

Define Qatar’s strategic participation in global supply chain finance networks and digital commerce corridors.

Ensure compliance with international trade finance standards and Basel frameworks.

Collaborate with global banks, fintech consortia, and trade bodies to harmonize digital settlement infrastructures.

Implement AI-driven credit risk models and real-time settlement protocols for cross-border trade flows.
Candidate Profile

12+ years in trade finance, cross-border fintech strategy, or global settlement systems.

Advanced academic background in Finance, International Trade, or Financial Engineering.

Proven track record in designing and scaling trade finance digitization programs.
