Global Head of Core Digital Banking Platforms & Transaction Orchestration – United Arab Emirates (Worldwide Remote)
Strategic Mandate
This role represents the apex of core digital banking platform leadership, responsible for the architectural vision, systemic integrity, and long-term evolution of end-to-end transactional banking environments operating at regional and international scale. The position is fully remote, while being strategically aligned with the United Arab Emirates’ position as a nexus for global finance, digital banking innovation, and cross-border capital mobility.
The mandate extends far beyond system maintenance. It is concerned with re-engineering the very foundations of modern banking cores—from ledger design and transaction orchestration to service abstraction and future-proof scalability.
Principal Responsibilities

Define and govern the next-generation architecture of core digital banking platforms, including account systems, transaction engines, and service orchestration layers.

Lead the decomposition of monolithic financial cores into modular, service-oriented, and event-driven architectures capable of continuous evolution.

Oversee the design of real-time transaction processing frameworks supporting extreme throughput, multi-currency logic, and zero-latency settlement requirements.

Establish architectural principles for ledger integrity, reconciliation, auditability, and financial correctness at institutional scale.

Integrate digital channels, payments, and external financial services through robust middleware and API frameworks.

Translate regulatory, operational, and risk constraints into scalable technical controls embedded directly within platform design.

Act as the ultimate technical authority on core banking modernization strategy, advising senior stakeholders on long-term transformation trajectories.
Professional Profile

18–22+ years of experience in core banking systems, large-scale financial platforms, or mission-critical transaction infrastructure.

Deep expertise in distributed ledgers, transaction consistency models, and high-availability systems.

Demonstrated leadership in large-scale system transformation initiatives.

Strong grasp of global banking operations, product lifecycles, and financial data integrity.

Ability to operate autonomously at executive-architect level within a fully remote, outcome-driven environment.
Salary & Compensation Structure (UAE Benchmark – Remote)

Base Annual Salary: AED 880,000 – AED 1,150,000

Annual Strategic Performance Incentive: 30% – 45% linked to platform stability, scalability, and transformation milestones
