Role Overview
As Bahrain’s fintech innovation strategy accelerates toward a fully digitized capital paradigm, the next stage of evolution involves self-learning, distributed wealth ecosystems governed by cognitive asset intelligence. The Remote Global Head of Cognitive Asset Intelligence & Decentralized Wealth Ecosystems will lead the creation of intelligent wealth management frameworks that transcend conventional portfolio theory — unifying behavioral finance, neural forecasting, and decentralized asset tokenization.
This position involves architecting AI-driven capital orchestration layers that autonomously balance, predict, and optimize multi-asset portfolios across tokenized and traditional markets. The candidate will integrate deep reinforcement learning, decentralized trust fabrics, and predictive asset governance to build Bahrain’s next-generation AI Wealth Operating System — a distributed ecosystem where assets “learn” to grow.
Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee decentralized wealth architectures integrating AI cognition and blockchain-based asset modeling.

Engineer self-learning portfolio optimization engines using neural forecasting and stochastic financial simulations.

Develop digital asset intelligence systems capable of real-time market prediction, adaptive rebalancing, and risk autonomy.

Lead strategic initiatives connecting DeFi protocols, tokenized asset platforms, and AI-driven investment governance frameworks.

Establish intelligent compliance infrastructures where regulatory logic is embedded within code via smart policy execution.

Drive thought leadership in ethical AI wealth management, algorithmic transparency, and cross-border regulatory synchronization.
Qualifications

Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Financial Engineering, AI Systems, or Computational Asset Management.

10+ years of experience in digital wealth ecosystems, fintech innovation, or DeFi asset infrastructure.

Expertise in reinforcement learning, decentralized finance protocols, and high-dimensional data modeling.
