Role Overview
Kuwait is expanding its financial ecosystem into tokenized wealth infrastructure and blockchain-driven asset management. The Global Head of Blockchain-Enabled Wealth Infrastructure & Tokenized Assets will lead the creation of institutional-grade custody systems, sovereign tokenization frameworks, and cross-border investment platforms.
This role is designed to enable new models of wealth creation and transfer, positioning Kuwait as a pioneering hub for digital capital markets within the GCC and globally.
Strategic Mandates

Architect and operationalize a tokenization framework for real estate, commodities, and securities.

Lead development of institutional custody systems that meet global fiduciary standards.

Partner with sovereign funds and asset managers to establish blockchain wealth corridors.

Build cross-border interoperability frameworks linking GCC wealth with Asia and Europe.

Oversee AI-powered investment advisory tools, integrating predictive insights.
Candidate Profile

12–18 years in asset management, blockchain wealth platforms, or tokenization strategy.

Strong expertise in digital custody, tokenized securities, and multi-asset platforms.

Proven record of global regulatory engagement in blockchain and wealth management.

Ability to lead cross-border financial infrastructures at institutional scale.
