Position Summary

The Global Head of AI-Powered WealthTech & Digital Advisory Platforms will guide the transformation of Saudi Arabia’s wealth management ecosystem through AI-driven investment advisory, portfolio automation, and hyper-personalized digital wealth solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic roadmap for Saudi Arabia’s AI-enabled wealthtech platforms, from robo-advisory to algorithmic investment engines.

• Drive integration of AI with ESG metrics, behavioral finance models, and multi-asset portfolio allocation tools.

• Lead collaborations with international capital markets, fintech hubs, and regulatory authorities to build globally competitive wealthtech platforms.

• Establish ethical AI and governance frameworks to ensure transparency, security, and trust in advisory algorithms.

• Build long-term innovation pipelines through partnerships with data science institutions, AI research labs, and digital finance accelerators.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in wealth management, fintech, or AI-driven financial services.

• Expertise in quantitative finance, data analytics, and algorithmic investment strategies.

• Advanced academic credentials (CFA, FRM, or PhD highly valued).

• Proven success in designing AI-first platforms with global scale.

• Strong capacity to influence international policy and regulatory discourse.
