Role Overview:
This position calls for a strategic futurist and data-intelligent wealth innovator to lead the design of next-generation AI-powered wealth platforms in the UAE’s fast-evolving fintech ecosystem. The Global Head of AI-Driven WealthTech Strategy will define the algorithmic investment frameworks, cross-jurisdictional portfolio automation, and cognitive financial modeling capabilities for ultra-high-net-worth and mass-affluent digital users.
Core Responsibilities:

Direct the development of machine-learning-based investment engines, integrating deep reinforcement learning and quantum-inspired optimization for dynamic portfolio management.

Oversee digital asset classification frameworks, tokenized wealth portfolios, and hybrid custody infrastructures.

Create regulatory-compliant robo-advisory ecosystems, aligned with UAE’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) and international capital governance standards.

Establish the AI-governance matrix ensuring explainability, fairness, and transparency across decision models.

Collaborate with data scientists, behavioral economists, and AI ethicists to evolve adaptive investment personalization systems.

Define metrics for ESG-integrated wealth products and algorithmic sustainability scoring.
Ideal Profile:

10+ years in digital wealth, AI-driven investment management, or quantitative strategy roles.

Advanced degree in Computational Finance, AI, or Econometrics.

Expertise in neural architecture search, NLP-based financial insights, and federated data modeling.

Proven record in building AI compliance and governance frameworks for financial institutions.

Global perspective on asset tokenization, multi-jurisdictional KYC, and API-first wealth ecosystems.
