Position Overview
The Global Head of AI-Driven WealthTech Solutions will drive the integration of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital-first advisory platforms into Saudi Arabia’s wealth management ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in algorithmic investment, personalized digital advisory, and scalable portfolio automation platforms tailored for both ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and emerging retail markets.
Key Responsibilities

Architect Saudi Arabia’s roadmap for AI-based wealthtech, spanning robo-advisory, predictive analytics, and hyper-personalized digital investment experiences.

Lead integration of advanced AI engines with ESG scoring, risk management systems, and multi-asset portfolio allocation tools.

Collaborate with global capital markets, fintech accelerators, and regulatory institutions to scale AI-driven investment models.

Define ethical AI and governance frameworks to ensure trust, transparency, and compliance across digital advisory ecosystems.

Drive partnerships with cloud providers, data science hubs, and academic institutions to secure long-term innovation leadership.
Qualifications

15+ years in asset management, fintech, or AI-driven investment solutions.

Strong academic grounding in quantitative finance, computer science, or applied mathematics (CFA, FRM, or PhD strongly preferred).

Expertise in big data analytics, machine learning, and algorithmic trading models.

Demonstrated success in building AI-first platforms for wealth management or digital banking.
