Position Overview
Bahrain’s fintech sector is increasingly shaped by intelligent wealth solutions and asset tokenization. The Global Head of AI-Driven WealthTech & Investment Innovation will develop transformative investment platforms combining behavioral finance, AI-driven analytics, and digital asset strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Architect AI-enabled wealth management platforms integrating predictive analytics, dynamic portfolio optimization, and client personalization.

Design tokenized investment vehicles for fractional ownership, enabling seamless access to digital assets.

Integrate behavioral finance algorithms to enhance client engagement and investment decision-making.

Develop governance frameworks for digital wealth products compliant with CBB regulations.

Lead innovation in ethical AI and explainable investment models.
Required Expertise

12+ years in WealthTech, AI-powered investment platforms, or digital asset strategy.

Expertise in robo-advisory, behavioral finance analytics, and tokenized asset management.

Strong understanding of Bahrain’s regulatory frameworks and international wealth management standards.

Advanced degree in Computational Finance, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Economics.
