Remote Global Head of AI-Driven RegTech & Financial Intelligence – Oman
Position Summary
Oman is scaling its fintech ecosystem with a strong emphasis on AI, data analytics, and regulatory technology. The Remote Global Head of AI-Driven RegTech & Financial Intelligence will spearhead initiatives in automated compliance, real-time monitoring, and predictive risk analytics to transform regulatory frameworks into adaptive, intelligence-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities

Build end-to-end RegTech solutions for automated AML, KYC, and financial crime detection in compliance with Central Bank of Oman standards.

Design AI/ML frameworks for behavioral analytics, fraud detection, and systemic risk identification.

Integrate predictive analytics into capital markets oversight, credit risk scoring, and insurance monitoring.

Collaborate with international bodies on aligning AI-enabled RegTech systems with Basel III, G20, and global supervisory standards.

Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for responsible deployment in financial services.
Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in RegTech, data science, or financial intelligence leadership.

Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and large-scale financial data modeling.

Advanced degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Financial Risk Engineering.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-market compliance frameworks across global jurisdictions.
