Executive Framing

The Global Head – Fintech Market Infrastructure, Exchanges & Digital Trading Systems will lead the development and optimization of digital trading ecosystems, including exchanges, clearing systems, and market infrastructure platforms.

This role is critical in shaping efficient, transparent, and technology-driven financial markets, integrating traditional exchange systems with emerging fintech innovations such as tokenized assets and blockchain-based trading platforms.

Strategic Responsibilities

Market Infrastructure Development

• Design and implement digital exchange platforms supporting equities, derivatives, and digital assets.

• Develop clearing and settlement systems ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation.

• Enable real-time trade processing and reporting mechanisms.

Trading Systems & Algorithmic Infrastructure

• Build high-performance trading systems capable of handling large transaction volumes with low latency.

• Support algorithmic and high-frequency trading environments.

• Optimize order matching engines and execution algorithms.

Tokenized Markets & Digital Asset Integration

• Integrate blockchain-based trading systems and tokenized securities into market infrastructure.

• Develop frameworks for fractional ownership and digital asset trading.

• Ensure liquidity and transparency in tokenized markets.

Governance, Compliance & Market Integrity

• Establish regulatory-compliant frameworks for trading systems and exchanges.

• Implement surveillance systems to detect market manipulation and fraud.

• Ensure transparency, fairness, and stability in financial markets.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in financial markets, exchange systems, or fintech trading platforms.

• Strong expertise in market infrastructure, trading systems, and financial instruments.

• Experience with blockchain-based trading platforms and digital asset markets.

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale financial systems and global teams.
