Global Head – Fintech Ledger Intelligence (Financial State Analytics & Platform Truth Systems) (Dubai, UAE)
Role Context
This role leads the evolution of financial ledgers from static records into intelligent financial state engines. The Global Head will architect systems where every balance, mutation, and reconciliation event becomes part of a continuously interpretable financial narrative.
The objective is to ensure that financial truth is instantaneous, explainable, and institutionally defensible, even at extreme scale.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect event-driven, multi-layer ledger systems supporting real-time and settlement-grade accuracy

Design financial state analytics frameworks that continuously validate correctness and consistency

Establish governance models for immutability, versioning, and historical auditability

Integrate ledger intelligence with payments, treasury, risk, and reporting systems

Define reconciliation architectures that eliminate ambiguity rather than manage it post-facto

Provide executive insight into financial state risk, drift, and long-term ledger evolution
Required Expertise

14+ years in fintech ledger systems, core banking, or financial data architecture

Deep understanding of double-entry systems, event sourcing, and financial consistency models

Experience designing high-concurrency financial platforms

Proven leadership in remote senior technical environments
