Operating remotely while contributing to the fintech ecosystem evolving in Oman, the role focuses on building innovation strategies that enable financial institutions to remain competitive within rapidly changing global financial markets.

The role is responsible for designing large-scale fintech innovation strategies that support:

• Embedded finance platforms

The objective is to position financial institutions to thrive within next-generation digital financial environments.

Core Responsibilities

Fintech Innovation Strategy Development

• Design long-term fintech innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging financial technology trends.

• Identify opportunities for integrating new financial technologies into existing financial services.

Financial Ecosystem Development

• Establish partnerships between fintech innovators, financial institutions, and digital service providers.

• Develop frameworks supporting integrated financial service platforms.

Digital Product Strategy

• Guide the creation of innovative digital financial products designed to meet evolving market demands.

• Evaluate emerging fintech technologies capable of transforming financial service delivery.

Market Intelligence & Industry Research

• Conduct strategic research on global fintech trends and competitive financial technologies.
