Location: United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi / Dubai | Global Architecture Scope)

Role Purpose

This role is designed for a fintech executive responsible for how financial logic is encoded, governed, and executed across digital platforms. The mandate focuses on rules engines, programmable execution frameworks, and conditional financial behavior, ensuring that financial systems behave consistently, predictably, and intelligently under all conditions.

The role defines how rules become money, and how intent is translated into enforceable financial outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect financial rules engines governing payments, balances, pricing, limits, and conditional execution.

• Design programmable execution frameworks supporting event-driven and rule-based financial flows.

• Define governance for rule versioning, override logic, and execution precedence.

• Integrate AI-assisted decision logic without compromising determinism or auditability.

• Oversee abstraction layers separating business logic from execution infrastructure.

• Establish standards for explainability, traceability, and regulatory defensibility of logic execution.

• Lead cross-functional teams spanning architecture, risk, and systems engineering.

• Represent programmable-finance strategy in global fintech and digital-systems forums.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 16–21 years in fintech platforms, financial systems architecture, or execution-layer design.

• Deep expertise in financial logic modeling and rule-based execution.

• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles and system governance.

• Proven experience designing platforms that scale logic across diverse financial products.

• Exceptional analytical and architectural leadership skills.

Compensation Structure (Annual)

• Base Salary: AED 1,050,000 – 1,400,000

• Execution Framework Bonus: AED 330,000 – 520,000

• Long-Term Logic Architecture Award: AED 470,000 – 720,000

• Total Annual Package: AED 1.85M – 2.64M
