Strategic Mandate
This role is designed for a senior fintech leader responsible for building and governing large-scale data exchange platforms that enable secure, real-time movement of financial data across fintech systems, products, and ecosystems.
The Global Head will architect the financial intelligence fabric that transforms raw transactional data into structured, shareable, policy-aware intelligence while maintaining strict control over access, lineage, and usage.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect fintech data exchange layers enabling interoperability across platforms and services

Define standards for data normalization, enrichment, lineage, and semantic consistency

Oversee real-time and batch data pipelines supporting analytics, risk, and reporting

Establish governance for data access control, usage policies, and auditability

Drive integration between transaction systems, analytics engines, and intelligence platforms

Serve as executive authority on financial data integrity and cross-platform intelligence
Executive Profile

17–25+ years in fintech data platforms, financial analytics infrastructure, or system integration

Deep expertise in large-scale data architecture, real-time processing, and interoperability frameworks

Proven leadership in building regulator-defensible data systems

Strong executive communication across technical, regulatory, and strategic domains
Salary & Leadership Compensation Structure

Base Salary: SAR 95,000 – SAR 135,000 per month

Annual Incentive: 40% – 60%
