Global Head – Fintech Data Fabric & Real-Time Intelligence Platforms.
Location: United Arab Emirates (Dubai / Abu Dhabi | Global Fintech Scope)
Role Purpose
This role is designed for a fintech executive responsible for building real-time financial intelligence fabrics—the invisible data layers that transform raw transactions into actionable signals for risk, pricing, personalization, and systemic oversight.
The mandate centers on how data moves through fintech systems, how signals are extracted at scale, and how intelligence is embedded directly into operational decision-making rather than confined to reporting layers.
Key Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-grade fintech data fabrics supporting streaming, batch, and hybrid analytics.

Design real-time signal-processing pipelines for payments, wallets, lending, and embedded finance.

Embed predictive intelligence directly into transaction flows for pricing, routing, and risk decisions.

Establish governance models for data quality, lineage, explainability, and model accountability.

Oversee integration of machine learning feature stores and decision engines into core platforms.

Define standards for latency, accuracy, and resilience in high-velocity financial data environments.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, and platform architecture.

Represent fintech intelligence strategy in global data, AI, and financial-technology forums.
Ideal Candidate Profile

16–21 years in fintech data platforms, financial analytics, or large-scale digital systems.

Deep expertise in real-time analytics, distributed data architectures, and financial intelligence systems.

Strong understanding of transaction semantics and financial decision lifecycles.

Proven experience scaling data systems across millions of concurrent financial events.

Strategic mindset with strong architectural discipline.
Compensation Structure (Annual)

Base Salary: AED 1,000,000 – 1,350,000

Intelligence Platform Bonus: AED 320,000 – 500,000

Long-Term Data Architecture Award: AED 450,000 – 700,000

Total Annual Package: AED 1.77M – 2.55M
