Core Responsibilities

Blockchain Architecture & Digital Asset Platforms

• Lead the design of distributed ledger systems for financial transactions.

• Develop secure digital asset custody solutions and tokenized investment platforms.

• Implement smart contracts for automated financial service execution.

Financial Ecosystem Integration

• Integrate blockchain platforms with traditional banking and payment systems.

• Develop frameworks for cross-border financial interoperability.

Security & Governance

• Establish enterprise blockchain governance protocols.

• Implement cryptographic security solutions and anomaly detection for distributed networks.

Strategic Innovation & Market Development

• Identify emerging blockchain technologies for integration into financial ecosystems.

• Develop long-term roadmaps for digital asset adoption in institutional finance.

Technology Stack

• Blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana)

• Smart contract frameworks and auditing tools

• Digital asset custody solutions

Candidate Profile

Experience: 12–15 years in fintech innovation, blockchain development, or digital asset platform strategy.

Technical Skills: Expertise in blockchain architecture, distributed financial systems, and tokenized assets.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead international fintech teams and coordinate large-scale platform deployments.
