Strategic Position Summary

The Global Head of Digital Asset Platforms & Blockchain Financial Infrastructure will lead the development of enterprise-grade blockchain environments capable of supporting secure digital asset ecosystems and programmable financial services.

Operating remotely while aligned with the fintech innovation environment associated with Bahrain, the role focuses on designing distributed financial architectures capable of enabling next-generation digital financial markets.

Strategic Objectives

The role will oversee the creation of blockchain-enabled financial platforms capable of supporting:

• Digital asset trading infrastructure

• Tokenized financial instruments

• Smart contract-enabled financial services

• Blockchain-based payment networks

• Digital asset custody platforms

The goal is to establish secure, transparent, and scalable digital financial ecosystems capable of operating across global markets.

Core Responsibilities

Blockchain Infrastructure Development

• Design distributed ledger systems capable of processing secure financial transactions.

• Integrate blockchain platforms with traditional financial technology infrastructures.

Tokenized Financial Systems

• Develop frameworks enabling the tokenization of financial assets such as securities and investment instruments.

• Implement smart contract systems capable of automating financial transactions.

Digital Asset Security Architecture

• Deploy cryptographic frameworks ensuring secure management of digital assets.

• Implement monitoring systems detecting network anomalies or suspicious activity.

Governance & Network Protocol Management

• Establish governance models managing blockchain network operations.

• Coordinate protocol updates and security upgrades across distributed financial networks.

Technology Environment

Professionals in this role typically interact with fintech technologies including:

Candidate Profile

Professional Background
