Position Summary
A senior fintech leader is sought to build blockchain-enabled financial networks for secure, transparent, and real-time cross-border transactions and digital asset management.
The Global Head will oversee distributed ledger networks, smart contract systems, and tokenized asset platforms, integrating banks, fintech platforms, and digital wallets into resilient financial ecosystems.
Collaboration will be remote with blockchain engineers, cryptography experts, payment architects, and compliance specialists, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant digital settlement infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Blockchain Architecture & Smart Contracts

Design enterprise-grade blockchain platforms for settlement and transaction processing

Implement smart contract frameworks for automated financial operations

Develop cross-chain tokenization infrastructure
Network Interoperability & Scalability

Integrate blockchain platforms with traditional banking systems

Deploy scalable networks with high throughput and low latency

Build real-time monitoring and transaction dashboards
Security & Compliance Oversight

Establish cryptographic security standards and fraud detection systems

Maintain compliance with UAE financial regulations and cross-border settlement requirements

Conduct ongoing network audits and resilience testing
Technology Ecosystem

Private and hybrid blockchain networks

Smart contract orchestration engines

Tokenized asset management platforms

High-performance transaction routing and settlement engines

Encrypted interbank and fintech network connectivity
Candidate Profile

15–20 years in blockchain infrastructure, digital payments, or fintech settlement systems

Expertise in distributed ledger technology, tokenization, and financial transaction networks

Proven leadership of globally distributed fintech teams

Strong understanding of GCC financial regulations and digital asset governance
