Role Overview

Qatar is transforming its wealth management ecosystem by converging sovereign investment strength with fintech innovation. As Global Head – AI WealthTech & Predictive Investment Intelligence, you will design and operationalize platforms that blend artificial intelligence, tokenized investment vehicles, and hyper-personalized digital advisory frameworks for global investor communities.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native robo-advisory platforms, leveraging reinforcement learning and predictive analytics for dynamic portfolio allocation.

• Establish tokenized wealth products (green bonds, infrastructure assets, private equity) with fractionalized ownership models.

• Build predictive investment intelligence engines, integrating NLP-driven market insights and behavioral finance analytics.

• Drive international expansion strategies, enabling global investors seamless access to GCC-originated digital wealth platforms.

• Engage with regulators to set global standards for AI-based advisory and tokenized asset compliance.

Ideal Profile

• 18–20 years in wealth management, fintech product leadership, or digital asset innovation.

• Expertise in AI-driven portfolio management, tokenization protocols, and cross-border investment distribution.

• Proven global leadership in scaling WealthTech platforms across multiple jurisdictions.

• Strong background in aligning fintech innovation with sovereign funds and institutional capital networks.
