Role Overview

The Global Head will drive Oman’s evolution into a leading center for AI-driven wealth management platforms, building next-generation digital advisory services, algorithmic investment engines, and scalable robo-advisory ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Oman’s strategic roadmap for AI-enabled wealthtech platforms.

• Lead development of predictive analytics, behavioral finance models, and ESG-aligned investment engines.

• Partner with international asset managers and fintech accelerators to globalize solutions.

• Establish governance frameworks for ethical, transparent, and secure AI adoption.

• Drive partnerships with data science institutions and cloud providers to accelerate innovation.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in asset management, fintech, or AI-based financial services.

• Strong expertise in quantitative finance, data analytics, and algorithmic strategies.

• CFA, FRM, or PhD in Finance/AI strongly preferred.

• Track record of building AI-first digital advisory or wealthtech platforms at scale.
