Position Overview
The Global Head – AI & Next-Gen WealthTech Platforms will lead the design and deployment of artificial intelligence-powered wealth management systems, robo-advisory frameworks, and digital private banking ecosystems. This role will place Bahrain at the forefront of WealthTech and AI-driven financial advisory services in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities

Architect AI-driven investment and advisory platforms integrating behavioral finance and predictive analytics.

Lead the design of robo-advisory systems offering hyper-personalized, scalable guidance.

Partner with banks, fintech accelerators, and wealth managers to integrate WealthTech platforms.

Ensure compliance with Bahrain’s fintech sandbox regulations and global wealth management standards.

Establish Bahrain as a regional leader in AI-powered financial services.
Candidate Profile

12+ years in wealth management technology, robo-advisory systems, or AI-powered fintech solutions.

Advanced expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and investment modeling.

Familiarity with Bahrain’s financial innovation frameworks and GCC wealth management dynamics.

Advanced qualifications in Financial Technology, Data Science, or Quantitative Finance.
