Role Overview

The Global Head will oversee Qatar’s transition into a hub for AI-driven wealth management, leading the development of advanced robo-advisory platforms, predictive analytics engines, and hyper-personalized digital investment experiences for both institutional and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Qatar’s strategic roadmap for AI-powered wealthtech platforms and digital advisory services.

• Integrate ESG, behavioral finance, and predictive risk analytics into wealth management solutions.

• Partner with capital markets, fintech accelerators, and AI research institutions to globalize offerings.

• Build governance frameworks for ethical and transparent AI use in financial services.

• Oversee development of scalable cloud-native infrastructures to support rapid adoption.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in wealth management, fintech, or AI-driven digital finance.

• Deep expertise in quantitative finance, machine learning, and data analytics.

• CFA, FRM, or PhD in Finance/AI strongly preferred.

• Proven success in building and scaling AI-first wealthtech platforms internationally.
