Role Overview
The Global Head will oversee Qatar’s wealthtech transformation by developing AI-powered advisory systems, digital portfolio optimization engines, and scalable robo-advisory platforms that cater to both institutional and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities

Architect Qatar’s roadmap for AI-enabled wealth management and personalized digital advisory.

Integrate ESG analytics, behavioral finance, and predictive modeling into investment platforms.

Lead partnerships with international asset managers, fintech accelerators, and AI research hubs.

Establish governance frameworks for ethical and transparent use of AI in financial services.

Drive continuous innovation pipelines through advanced data ecosystems and global collaborations.
Candidate Profile

15+ years in asset management, fintech, or AI-powered financial services.

Deep expertise in quantitative finance, machine learning, and portfolio automation.

CFA, FRM, or PhD in Finance/AI strongly preferred.

Proven track record of building scalable, AI-first wealthtech solutions internationally.
