Role Overview
We are recruiting a Global Head – AI-Driven RegTech Platforms & Cross-Border Compliance Solutions, responsible for designing advanced regulatory technology infrastructures, enhancing cross-border compliance frameworks, and deploying AI-powered supervisory systems for Bahrain’s financial industry.
Key Responsibilities

Build next-gen RegTech solutions, including AI-based KYC, AML/CFT monitoring, and automated reporting frameworks.

Architect cross-border compliance systems, ensuring interoperability with FATF, Basel III, and GCC directives.

Lead development of real-time regulatory dashboards for supervisors and financial institutions.

Deploy blockchain-enabled audit trails for digital assets and payments infrastructure.

Partner with regulators, global standard-setting bodies, and fintech innovators to strengthen Bahrain’s regulatory standing.
Required Qualifications

12+ years of expertise in compliance technology, regulatory intelligence, or supervisory systems design.

Advanced knowledge of AI in RegTech, cross-border compliance standards, and digital identity verification frameworks.

Familiarity with Bahrain’s financial sector policies and GCC digital compliance harmonization initiatives.

Advanced qualifications in Regulatory Science, Data Analytics, or Digital Finance.
