Role Overview
The Global Fintech Innovation Strategist will drive Qatar’s transformation toward a next-generation digital finance ecosystem by integrating blockchain, AI, and data analytics into inclusive, scalable financial infrastructures. This role demands a forward-looking strategist who can align emerging technologies with national digital economy goals and global fintech trends.
Key Responsibilities

Formulate fintech innovation roadmaps integrating blockchain, AI, and cloud-native systems.

Evaluate and deploy advanced digital asset frameworks for tokenization and DeFi models.

Build ecosystem-level partnerships with technology labs, fintech accelerators, and policy innovators.

Assess scalability and security of distributed systems for cross-border settlements and smart contract execution.

Design data-driven investment models for digital wealth management and alternative finance.

Oversee R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography, identity authentication, and digital trust.

Create frameworks for integrating central bank digital currency (CBDC) pilots with fintech ecosystems.

Conduct thought-leadership research on digital finance innovation for executive and regulatory audiences.
Qualifications & Expertise

Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Blockchain Technology, or Strategic Innovation.

10+ years of experience in fintech strategy, ecosystem building, or emerging technology integration.

Strong understanding of distributed ledger technology (DLT), Web3 applications, and digital asset regulation.

Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder international fintech projects.

Ability to interpret global market signals to guide national innovation initiatives.
