Role Summary:
We are looking for a Global Fintech Innovation Architect to lead the design, deployment, and strategic scaling of next-generation financial platforms in Qatar. This role requires mastery of digital payments, AI-driven banking intelligence, open banking integration, and real-time analytics to enable highly responsive financial ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities:

Architect and implement innovative financial solutions leveraging AI, machine learning, and blockchain.

Lead cross-border, remote teams to deliver scalable fintech platforms and payment infrastructures.

Collaborate with banks, financial regulators, and technology partners to ensure compliance, scalability, and security.

Conduct scenario planning and financial simulations to optimize product adoption and operational efficiency.

Identify emerging fintech trends and integrate them into strategic roadmap initiatives.

Present actionable insights to stakeholders, shaping both commercial and regulatory decision-making.
Required Experience:

Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Technology Management.

10+ years of experience in fintech architecture, digital banking solutions, or financial product strategy.

Demonstrated success in deploying AI-driven analytics, digital payments, or open banking platforms.

Strong understanding of Qatar’s regulatory environment and GCC cross-border payment frameworks.

Proven ability to manage high-performing remote teams across multiple time zones.
