Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, enterprise banking, financial services, or technology transformation.
- Proven success leading multinational innovation programmes.
- Outstanding strategic vision and executive leadership capabilities.
