A global fintech services provider delivering digital financial infrastructure to businesses and financial institutions is seeking a Global Director of Fintech Platform Operations & Digital Financial Services.
This senior leadership role oversees operational processes supporting fintech platforms, ensuring reliable digital financial transactions and maintaining high service standards for clients and users. The successful candidate will coordinate remote operational teams responsible for transaction monitoring, customer support, and system performance management.
The position requires deep expertise in financial technology operations, digital financial infrastructure, and operational leadership within technology-driven financial environments.
Primary Responsibilities
Fintech Platform Operations

Oversee operational performance of fintech platforms and financial systems

Ensure reliability of digital financial transactions across payment networks

Monitor operational metrics and implement performance improvements
Operational Strategy Development

Design strategies to enhance efficiency of financial technology operations

Develop frameworks for scaling fintech platform services

Implement operational best practices across distributed teams
Client & Stakeholder Management

Maintain relationships with enterprise clients using fintech platforms

Risk & Operational Governance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Financial Technology

7–10 years experience in fintech operations, digital banking, or financial technology management
