Role Overview
The Global Director of Financial AI & Algorithmic Intelligence Strategy will lead the development of intelligent financial ecosystems powered by artificial intelligence, deep learning, and predictive analytics. The role involves building advanced algorithmic frameworks that enhance decision-making across banking, payments, and digital investment sectors, supporting Saudi Arabia’s transformation into an AI-first fintech hub.
Core Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of large-scale AI models for financial forecasting, fraud detection, and behavioral analytics.

Develop data intelligence frameworks enabling real-time insights, anomaly prediction, and automated decision optimization.

Oversee AI model lifecycle governance, ensuring interpretability, transparency, and ethical alignment with global standards.

Integrate financial AI with core systems for dynamic credit scoring, risk profiling, and liquidity intelligence.

Direct development of data lakes and federated learning environments for secure AI collaboration across institutions.

Supervise AI-driven product innovation — including robo-advisory, sentiment-based investment analytics, and automated compliance engines.

Collaborate with regulatory and academic institutions to define ethical AI frameworks and data governance protocols.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven financial innovation.

PhD or Master’s degree in AI Systems, Computational Finance, or Advanced Data Analytics.

Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and financial algorithmic design.

Proven record of deploying enterprise-grade AI systems within fintech, banking, or capital market contexts.
