This role is designed for an executive-level fintech strategist capable of architecting the future of embedded financial ecosystems across rapidly digitizing economies.

Role Mission

To conceptualize, design, and scale a new generation of embedded finance platforms integrating:

• Intelligent payment orchestration
• Contextual lending systems
• Real-time merchant financing
• API-driven financial services infrastructure
• AI-powered transactional intelligence

Primary Responsibilities

1. Embedded Finance Ecosystem Development

• Architect scalable embedded finance infrastructures enabling businesses to integrate financial services directly into customer journeys
• Design API ecosystems supporting seamless onboarding, settlement, and transactional intelligence
• Lead the transformation of fragmented commerce systems into unified financial interaction layers

2. Intelligent Payments & Commerce Engineering

• Oversee development of adaptive payment routing systems optimizing transaction success rates and processing efficiency
• Design multi-currency transaction frameworks for regional and international commerce flows
• Integrate fraud detection and risk scoring directly into payment authorization systems

3. Merchant Financing & Digital Credit Infrastructure

• Build data-driven financing models enabling real-time merchant lending and working capital access
• Design predictive underwriting engines leveraging transactional and behavioral data
• Create automated repayment frameworks integrated into payment streams

4. Strategic Expansion & Financial Innovation

• Identify emerging embedded finance opportunities across retail, logistics, hospitality, and digital marketplaces
• Build partnership ecosystems connecting fintech providers, payment processors, and commerce platforms
• Lead regional expansion strategies across GCC digital economies

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years in fintech, payments, digital commerce, or financial infrastructure leadership
• Deep understanding of embedded finance, APIs, and payment orchestration systems
• Strong exposure to AI-driven financial systems and risk intelligence
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-border financial technology initiatives
