Strategic Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive product strategies for digital asset platforms, tokenized instruments, and programmable financial services

• Architect product ecosystems spanning onboarding, custody, transaction execution, and lifecycle management

• Develop long-term roadmaps that integrate technology, regulation, user experience, and market scalability

• Design interoperability strategies across financial platforms, wallets, and settlement layers

• Conduct continuous market intelligence research on global fintech and digital asset trends

Product & Technical Leadership

• Translate complex financial constructs into scalable, institution-ready digital products

• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and resilience

• Define governance models for digital asset issuance, transfer, and custody

• Balance innovation velocity with systemic stability and risk control

Ideal Professional Background

• 12–16+ years in fintech product strategy, digital finance, or financial platform leadership

• Deep familiarity with digital assets, tokenization frameworks, and programmable financial models

• Strong understanding of global financial markets and institutional client expectations

• Proven ability to lead complex product visions from concept to mature platform
