- Build intelligent financial automation environments capable of reducing operational inefficiencies while enhancing customer experience personalization.
- Oversee large-scale modernization of digital banking platforms, financial APIs, cloud-native infrastructure, and enterprise transaction management systems.
- Develop predictive financial intelligence frameworks using machine learning and advanced behavioral analytics technologies.
- Coordinate multinational fintech engineering, product innovation, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations teams.
- Drive enterprise innovation involving conversational banking, intelligent financial assistants, automated onboarding, and AI-driven credit intelligence.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting secure AI deployment within regulated financial ecosystems.
- Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and identify strategic commercial opportunities capable of accelerating market competitiveness.
- Build executive performance analytics dashboards measuring operational efficiency, digital growth performance, customer intelligence metrics, and financial automation success rates.
- Collaborate with regulatory advisors and enterprise risk teams to ensure compliance with evolving international fintech governance frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, enterprise technology strategy, or financial transformation consulting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business Strategy.
- Deep understanding of enterprise fintech architecture, AI-driven automation, digital banking ecosystems, and intelligent financial operations.
- Strong familiarity with machine learning deployment within regulated financial environments.
- Experience managing complex cross-border fintech transformation programs.
- Exceptional executive leadership, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation capabilities.
