This role is designed for a fintech strategist capable of building the next generation of AI-powered SME financing marketplaces.
Mission Objective
To architect intelligent digital lending ecosystems integrating:
- Marketplace-driven SME financing
- Embedded capital access systems
- AI-based underwriting infrastructures
- Dynamic liquidity allocation engines
- Real-time merchant risk intelligence platforms
Core Responsibilities
1. Digital SME Lending Infrastructure
- Design scalable financing platforms enabling SMEs to access capital through fully digital ecosystems
- Build automated onboarding and underwriting systems reducing funding friction
- Develop intelligent capital distribution frameworks optimizing funding efficiency
2. AI-Powered Credit & Risk Intelligence
- Create predictive risk models leveraging commerce, payment, and operational data
- Build adaptive lending systems capable of dynamically adjusting financing terms based on real-time performance
- Integrate anomaly detection systems identifying portfolio and repayment risks
3. Marketplace Liquidity & Capital Optimization
- Architect digital marketplaces connecting institutional capital with SME financing opportunities
- Develop treasury synchronization systems supporting scalable marketplace liquidity
- Build automated repayment infrastructures integrated into commercial transaction ecosystems
4. Expansion, Partnerships & Innovation
- Expand financing ecosystems across GCC and emerging international SME markets
- Build strategic alliances with payment providers, marketplaces, and financial institutions
- Evaluate new fintech innovations capable of improving financial accessibility and scalability
Candidate Requirements
- 12+ years in fintech lending, SME finance, digital marketplaces, or financial infrastructure leadership
- Strong expertise in embedded lending systems and predictive analytics
- Experience building scalable digital capital ecosystems
- Strategic understanding of SME growth and regional economic transformation trends
